Placeholder policy. Free ground shipping within the contiguous US on orders over $75. Orders ship within 1–2 business days of the launch date; delivery is typically 3–6 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and APO addresses are quoted at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our gear comes into direct contact with pets, we do not accept exchanges or returns for hygiene and safety reasons — we care about keeping every dog and cat protected from cross-contamination.

If your order isn't quite right, we're happy to issue store credit so you can grab something else or gift it to a friend. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used on any PawTruck product.

Warranty

Every PawTruck product is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the date of purchase.

Refer a friend and we'll extend your warranty for free. When their purchase is completed successfully, both you and your friend get an extra year of coverage added to your original warranty.
